Our Story
A GAP WORTH
BRIDGING
Eternity Music Productions launched in 2026, but the partnership behind it goes back a decade. Mitch Highley and Bryce Bass have been running sound, installing systems, and building production setups together for over ten years — with even more years in the industry before that.
The idea for EMP came from something we kept seeing in conversations with churches and organizations of every size: a belief that upgrading your tech means going massive and expensive, or not upgrading at all. That's just not true.
We started EMP to change that conversation. Yes, we love working with large-budget clients on ambitious builds — but we're equally passionate about the small church, the growing business, or the local venue with a modest budget that thinks they've been priced out of quality production. They haven't. There's almost always a smart path forward, and helping people find it is why we exist.

Together, we bring decades of combined experience in audio, video, lighting, systems integration, and live production. Most of what we know came the hard way — hands-on work, real jobs, and mentorship from professionals who cared enough to teach us right. We're currently pursuing formal credentials to complement that experience.
We're a small team by design. That means when you work with EMP, you're working directly with the people making the decisions and doing the work — not being handed off to a rotating crew.
What Drives Us
GROUNDED IN MINISTRY.
BUILT FOR EVERYONE.
Our work is rooted in ministry — but our services are for anyone. Churches, businesses, wedding and event venues, corporate spaces, and organizations of every size — we believe every one of them should be equipped to reach their audience effectively in a tech-focused generation.
The big-budget jobs are fun. We won't pretend otherwise. But the projects that mean the most to us are the ones for clients with modest budgets who thought quality production was out of reach — and then found out it wasn't. The gratitude from those clients is something you don't forget.
Excellence is a choice, and we choose it every time — regardless of budget size or the type of space we're serving.
How We Work
THE RIGHT ADVICE,
EVEN WHEN IT COSTS US
We're not here just to sell you gear. We're here to help you make the right decision for your ministry, your business, or your organization — and sometimes that means telling you to wait.
If you're not ready, we'll say so. If you're chasing something you don't actually need, we'll say that too. Patience and timing matter more than urgency and pressure, and we'd rather earn your trust with honest counsel than close a quick sale.
We also don't disappear after installation day. Long-term partnership is part of the deal — we're here when questions come up months or years later, because the goal isn't just to install gear, it's to help your team run it well for the long haul.
Where We Serve
BASED IN OKLAHOMA.
WORKING EVERYWHERE.
We're headquartered in Quapaw, Oklahoma, but our work takes us across the country and beyond. Recent and upcoming projects have taken us to Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Arizona, North Carolina, and Florida — with an international install for a missionary partner in Equatorial Guinea on the calendar.
If you have a project, distance isn't the obstacle you might think it is. Let's talk.
